Apply at Madison Place Mobile Home Park is a quiet community in West Knoxville, off of Ball Camp Pike and Amherst Road. It is located in the Karns school district. Each resident enjoys their own lawn, with plenty of greenery.
Residents are enrolled in our online portal and mobile app, where the can make payments, submit maintenance requests, and access their contracts and other paperwork. Madison Place has it's own soccer field and will soon have a playground and picnic areas as well.
