Located 5 miles from downtown Nashville and a quick 10 minute drive to Germantown and East Nashville, this home is the perfect mix between quiet suburb and city living. The house sits on the north side... of the Cumberland River with beautiful skyline views of downtown from the third floor balcony. The common areas include a full dining room, large open-concept kitchen, outdoor patio, third floor balcony and a living room that looks out over the river. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and plenty of pantry storage. A half-bathroom on the main living area makes it great for entertaining guests.
