If you do not have access to these then you are welcome to visit our office and apply. Our address is 1719 N. Central Street, Knoxville, TN, 37917. ________________________________________ Applicants will be charged a pet fee of $25.00 when submitting their pets information in order to qualify. We will choose the best applicant out of a pool of applicants.
