Fees, Deposits & Utilities Security deposits are based on credit, background, and rental history, with deposit-free options available through Obligo for qualified applicants.
20% of the security deposit will be held to cover cleaning post-move-out. This is non-refundable and non-negotiable.
A one-time $100 admin fee is due at move-in. Electric/Gas utility must be put into the tenant's name, and a $40 monhtly utility fee is charged for water.
