Rent is $1649 per month
Move-in Cost: First month’s rent, plus one of the following options:
Option 1: $18/month non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee, which covers accidental tenant-caused damages up to $1,000 during the lease, plus a $500 refundable security deposit (used only if damages exceed $1,000 or other charges are left owing. Otherwise, it is returned upon move-out.
Option 2: A traditional refundable security deposit equal to two months’ rent.
There is also a $100 Lease Origination Fee and a $65 Application Fee per adult.
Renters insurance is required, with the amount varying by provider. Proof of utilities in your name is also required prior to move-in.
Pet friendly for 2 pets with a non-refundable $250 pet fee and a $50 per pet per month pet fee added to the rent with owner approval.
Requirements: Gross income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent. No felonies or evictions in the past 7 years. A valid Tax ID or Passport is accepted. Section 8 is not accepted for this property. No more than one bankruptcy over 2 years old. A credit score of 600+ is preferred for at least one lease signer. Pro-rated first month’s rent (if applicable) plus one full month’s rent, which may be combined among applicants.
