Great experience! Love the location of Harbortown. Low to no crime -windows got busted on NYE, however, golf cart patrols all throughout the night now. Love the amenities of the pool

Arbors was really great the first year! This second year there’s been lots of pests so it’s not as good anymore. Also we saw how the rates of similar units are WAY cheaper than what we’ve been paying
