No air conditioner upstairs in townhomes!

If you enjoy sleeping and working in a room over 80F degrees or spending the nights on the sofa downstairs, the townhomes are your place to live! Look closely when you visit, most townhomes have either a portable air conditioner (yes, sounds like a jet engine taking off, like the other review below) in the master bedroom window or they only allow window units in the rooms in the back (so future residents don't notice it). We have our thermostat on 65 and the master bedroom is still marking 80F!... We requested that it be fixed many times and their answer was "There is nothing else we can do". Well, there is: fix that issue in the townhomes or be honest before renting to the next resident.

We have lived here almost a year. The staff has always been helpful. Everything has always been kept clean around the grounds and noise levels are low.

The location is probably one of the best I’ve seen in the Memphis area if you are wanting to be close to downtown.. yet still in a safe area. Moving in was a breeze and it was already spotless before move in. Great if you are looking for a safe, clean, pet friendly apartment.
