Terrible place to live

My detailed review is too long to fit on here.
In short, mold is a huge problem. Staff is a huge problem. No accountability, crazy fines. & old run down apartments that are falling apart.

i never have a problem getting service. Today i had Matt and he was courteous and took little to no time to get the job done, he double checked with me to make sure he did everything i requested., Excellent job!!

Very Misleading - read all the fine print

The leasing office mislead us and did not divulge all the information while signing our lease and many other times throughout the lease. Be sure to read the tiny fine print and don’t just go with what they tell you. Ended up costing us.

Disappointing

Bridlewood is in a quiet, nice neighborhood. We were excited when we moved in but it was a mistake. First of all, the walls are paper thin. (I had to listen my neighbor's snoring for a year, really!) AC rattles inside the unit, very loud outside. Poor-quality appliances, constant ant problems. But the worst part was the management/owners. They raised the rent *twice* during the pandemic, literally benefited from COVID-19. Before we move out, they came for a pre-move-out inspection and told us... everything looked good. Then, they sent us a $1700 final bill. Later they told me that they couldn't see the damages in the unit due to our belongings. Are you kidding me? I lived in seven different apartment complexes, haven't seen anything like this before. I can't recommend Bridlewood, avoid especially if you have kids.
