This is a very large house... 2950 sq. ft. Overall a cool. artistic space with white wooden columns in the downstairs den and a stone, wood-burning fireplace. Three bedrooms plus two office rooms. Two of the bedrooms are very large (about 22x24).... Upper Bdrm has a sky-light and a master bath, in terra-cotta tile w/ whirlpool tub. Each floor has it's own full bath and family type room. I've been renting to UT medical students for the last 22 years. Also has an upper & a lower patio (with new 6 ft privacy fence, gate & cafe lights) which is great for entertaining friends. Brick barbeque pit. Very safe, quiet & attractive family neighborhood 14 minutes from UT and one block from entrance to the Greenline. Excellent social distancing away from crowded and noisy apartment complexes. Two blocks from charming, small local, shopping center with neighborhood -style grocery store, Hair salon, classic barber shop, good dentist, Cheffie's cafe and the excellent High Point Pizza cafe w some of the best pizza in town. The excellent Galloway golf course is just down the street for golf.. or just for their great walking paths. University of Memphis is nearby, about 3 miles away.
