Helix at the District apartment for rent starting January 2026 (Shared Housing)

My apartment is currently under a 12-month lease with my current roommate, a UTHSC Pharmacy student. I am looking for another female to take my place on the lease for the last 7 months of the lease (January 1-July 31, 2026) since I am moving out of... Memphis for my clinical rotations. There is a background check and application process in order to be eligible to take my spot on the lease. We are on the third floor of the 10-floor Helix at the District apartment building in the Medical District a block from Le Bonheur Children's Hospital . There are two elevators in the building. It is a 2-bed, 1-bath unit with shared kitchen and living spaces. The laundry room is on the first floor of the building with an app that you can use to pay for laundry ($4.50/full load). There are 3 washers and 4 dryers. The unit is about 725 square feet total. Rent is $545/person due at the first of the month also with an app you can use to pay. We share the cost of wi-fi per month. It is only about a 10-15 minute walk to UTHSC campus. There is vinyl flooring throughout the apartment with refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave included. The bedroom is not furnished, but my roommate does have a futon and table for the living room. Pets are allowed with the addition of a pet fee (we do not currently have pets in our apartment).
