South Bluffs offers flexible lease terms, corporate units, and much more. We offer 6, 9 and 12 month leases for regular apartment units and a minimum 3 month lease on furnished corporate apartments. The monthly premium on the 9 month lease is $20 per month and $35 per month on a 6 month lease. Depending on availability Riverview's are also and additional $50 per month. Washer and dryers are included at no extra charge and we pay for your water and sewer. Our professional management team is ready to assist you.
