I moved into my apartment last month. I am a retired Veteran and suffer from PTSD. I had to move from the legend parks apartments near studio rasa due to all the violence and lack of care. When I decided to stop at Studio Rasa since its a gated community, I met Ashley Hughes, the property manager. She was so patient with me, she really sat down helped me complete my application and even called the VA to help me get my proof of income. She got everything done for me in one day, I was ready to... move in after she got all of my checks in the mail.
Every day since my move in I see her walking to the office on my morning walk and her bright spirit really reflects on the overall community. I've seen her outside talking and laughing with residents, cleaning the hallways, cleaning the parking lot, putting up signs and balloons. She really does it all, my fridge was leaking and she literally came in turned the water off, said she tighten the hose and I have not had any problems since. She's so young yet so knowledgeable, you don't see that everyday. She really is one of the best people you can ever meet. You will never see her not smiling.
Maintenance is also great here, Daniel help me move all my furnisher in my apartment once I told him I had no help and was going to walk everything over. Him and Darrell loaded my furnisher on a trailer and moved it all in at not cost!!!! If you have anyone you care about that lives alone, I truly recommend Studio Rasa they have a great team that cares about the wellbeing of their tenants and property.
The Apartment:
These are the best renovated apartments in this area, I went by almost every apartment in the area before moving here no other apartment was this luxury. The apartment was sparkling clean, It smelt so fresh and I didn't have to clean anything before moving in like i normally do with other places. The shower is my favorite part of the whole apartment. I've never had anything this luxury. The peace and quite you get on this property is unmatched .
