Both elevators have been out of service for over 2 weeks and there is no evidence of effort to repair. They say it is working in service mode, and they have an operator to run it when you need it and when I called for the operator to bring groceries and package that have been in my car for two weeks, he had already left for the day. I commented on the app that they should post hours or fix the elevator and my comment got deleted because it was deemed derogatory, the next day they posted hours for the elevator operator. The hours, 8 to 5 are useless if you have a job I leave for work long before 8 and get back to apt. after 5 as most people do unless you work part-time. We have been told multiple times they expect elevator to be fixed the next day then we find almost 2 weeks after the are down they finally have a productive meeting with the repair company and are working to secure the parts to repair. They hand out biscuits after most people have gone to work maybe office staff enjoyed

The elevator outage resulted from lightning strike damage requiring specialized parts with manufacturer lead times outside of our control. Our team moved quickly to approve and initiate repairs as soon as the scope of the damage was assessed, and we communicated updates to residents throughout the process. We understand that repeated timelines that shifted were frustrating, and we're sorry the repair took as long as it did. Regarding the elevator operator: hours were established based on available staffing and were communicated to all residents. We acknowledge that an 8–5 window doesn't accommodate every schedule, and we're sorry for the inconvenience that caused you personally. The comment you referenced was removed because it did not meet our community posting guidelines — not to suppress your feedback. We do take resident concerns seriously, which is why operator hours were posted the following day in direct response to resident input. Finally, the Chick-fil-A service was scheduled based on a community-wide survey asking residents when they'd like it offered. We served during the window the majority of respondents selected, and the feedback from those who participated was very positive. We're sorry it didn't work for your schedule. I love the commute, not far from bridge. Great amenities, the perks of the luxury apartments downtown. I feel so comfortable. I truly enjoy how accessible everything is within walking distance

The staff provides great communication, the location is idea for downtown living. The building has wonderful amenties. The only complaint is loud train that runs nightly around 11 pm, 6:30 am, and couples tikes throughout the day. Fortunately, the loud noise last less than 10 seconds.
