Luxury amenities in a safe environment with a beautiful view! Jessie and her team have made a transition period much easier. Walking distance to many attractions and riverscapes seal the deal.

Just moved in and this complex has been great so far! It feels very safe and secure which was my biggest priority when looking for housing. The amenities are very nice. Location is convenient for anything downtown with cute parks/shops close by. The complex is right by train tracks which are loud, but I only hear once or twice a day. Would recommend!

The Oliver is an amazing place to live. Jessie, the property manager, is outstanding and always makes sure residents are taken care of. The amenities are beautiful and well maintained. The community events are fun and thoughtful, and the customer service is excellent. I’m so glad to call this home.

I love the amenities. The train is annoying but I guess it’s a trade off. All the staff is friendly and knowledge. Even the people that collect the trash are kind and considerate. I’m happy I chose this place as my new home!
