The Rise is the best place to live in Memphis! The staff truly cares and is always ready to help. They keep it very clean with nice landscaping. The location is the best, just at the edge of downtown. I have lived here since 2022, and love my studio. I feel safe, well taken care of, and the neighborhood is blossoming with new restaurants/bars, and galleries.

Excellent amenities and staff, clean and modern with plenty of things to do. Could not be happier with the facilities or quality of life. Always someone available to assist with questions and maintenance is always done as promised.

I took an apartment tour with my friend, and Dionna was very hospitable towards us. She was incredibly patient and kind. I watched as she answered all questions with great knowledge. I can tell that she truly loves her job!

The Rise Apartments is a great place to live with a fun, welcoming vibe that makes it feel like home. Ashlyn and Dionna in the leasing office are always super kind, helpful, and never miss a chance to say hello. On top of that, there are always fun community events happening, which really bring everyone together and make living here even more enjoyable. The location of the apartments is great because it is within the vicinity of Downtown Memphis, but not in a high traffic and noisey area. I love... the Rise and hope to spend many more years here!
